Your privacy is very important to us. We will not share your information with others without your consent. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

Refund Policy

By making a charitable gift to Harvest Light Ministries, a 501(c)(3) organization, the donor understands that charitable donations are not refundable.

If you wish a refund for a product purchased from our online store, once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled the order online, and you were billed for the item, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request.  If the product has already been shipped/received, please contact our office immediately to make arrangements for a return.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
     
  • Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from Harvest Light, which will be mailed to your billing address within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.
